We are a licensed, insured and affordable home inspection service provider, serving all of Long Island and 5 Boros of New York with our highly trained & experienced Inspectors. Schedule an appointment today!

Here’s what to expect during an inspection:

  • Our inspector will look at 400+ Items including the house’s Foundation, Footing, Driveway, Patio, HVAC system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, roof, attic, floors. windows and doors, basement and structural components, then provide a report with the results.

  • A home inspection generally takes two to four hours, but may take more time depending on the size of the house.

  • Attend the inspection so you can explore your new home in detail and ask questions as you go. This process can give you much more informative than the report alone.

If you are the home seller:

It’s in your interest to provide easy access to everything the home inspector would need to access. Some ways you can help:

  • Leave keys for everything including your electrical panel, and label them

  • Make sure Utilities are not shut off, have them reconnected if it was shut off before.

  • Provide open access to all areas that need to be checked

  • Keep a clean house

  • Be ready at least two hours before the inspector is set to arrive (Our Inspectors are known for being early). Please prepare yourself and your family to vacate the house during the inspection. It’s best to take any pets with you.
