What is Home Assistant Gold? The Porch Home Assistant helps homeowners tackle everything on their move-in to-do list, from moving itself to change of address, home repairs, security installation and much more. It is the goal of the Home Assistant to be as helpful as possible before, during and after your move, and serve as a resource throughout your homeownership journey. 

How does it work? 
You will receive an email from Porch with a link to a customizable moving checklist, to help you stay on top of new home projects & to-dos. Your personal Home Assistant will also reach out to you by phone to see what services or projects you may need help with during or after your move. Note that your $100 in Porch handyman coupons can be redeemed over the phone with your Home Assistant, and will come in the form of four $25 coupons.
